The Group has entered into Agency and Channel Party Agreements with Skyprime Group, Europe and UAE based Naseba, respectively, to provide African investors with diversified (real estate backed) foreign-currency denominated investment opportunities with attractive returns, in addition to the free mobility and other benefits offered by foreign residency and citizenship programs.

We aim, through our SME financing and proposed agent banking solutions and venture

Whilst our plans for the near future include an Asset Management arm to provide retail
investment solutions to the investing public through duly registered and transparently
structured collective investment schemes, we have prudently and in our clients’ best
interests adopted an open architecture philosophy which enables us to source and provide
investment products for our clients from an expanded group of credible and competent
domestic and international providers.

EAC Advisory Limited

EAC Advisory Limited was set up to offer core investment banking services, i.e. Advisory and Capital Raising services to African businesses.
This Business Division is organized to provide financial advisory and related services across Project Finance, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Structured Trade and Loan Syndication transactions.
It currently advises across a wide-range project finance services to institutions, government organizations and corporations.

Our advisory scope cuts across Oil and Gas, Energy, Real Estate, Information Communication Technology, Media and Entertainment and Health care sectors.

Financial Advisory

We are responsible for advisory assignments including project finance transactions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, divestitures and spin-offs.

Our Executives & Team members cut their teeth leading and/or working on teams that closed a diverse range of leading transactions including the following:-

– Restructuring of the US$385 Million syndicated Accugas Limited Long Term Facility;

Our Executives and Capital Markets Team have had extensive experience structuring and executing a significant range of capital market transactions such as issuance of a variety of corporate and sub-national debt instruments as well as equity products.

EAC Trustees

The Trust business will provide Trust services with specifics to Asset holding, investor representation and fiduciary services to corporate and institutional investors. It will also provide Wealth Management and Estate Planning Services to high net-worth individuals.

Public & Corporate Trusts

Under the guidance of Executives and Directors with have extensive track record of originating and executing some of the largest and most significant trust transactions in Nigeria and indeed the African region, EAC Trustees has impressive capacity in Public and Corporate Trusts. Our Directors and Principal Staff have advised Municipals and Nigerian Companies who have successfully issued successful government and corporate bond programs in the region. Such experience includes but are not limited to leading roles in the

– Trustee to N5.7Trillion Corporate Bonds issued as part of a landmark Program to secure Nigerian banking industry-wide Debt obligations assumed by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) to stabilize the Nigerian Banking Industry.
