Introduction

The website terms and condition policy is designed to protect Emerging Africa Capital Group’s website. It informs users and stakeholders about the Group’s terms of use in clear, simple and easily comprehensive language.

Objective of this policy

This policy will aim at helping Emerging Africa Capital Group ensure the following:

Emerging Africa is registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a private limited liability company and have its registered office at 25a Bourdillon rd, Ikoyi, Lagos State, Nigeria.

The Company provides integrated Investment Banking services including but not limited to Financial Advisory & Capital Markets, Trust, Project Finance, Investment Facilitation Services, Asset and Portfolio Management, Public & Private Trusts as well as Estate Planning and Wealth Management through its group members and subsidiaries and is regulated by Securities and Exchange Commission.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Courts in Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that may arise as a result of these Terms and Conditions.
