Tobi is a certified HR practitioner with experience in recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll management, performance management and other HR functions.
Before joining Emerging Africa Capital Group, Tobi was a Senior People Operations Associate at Reliance HMO Limited where she was responsible for employee experience across the employee lifecycle. She provided support in building the People Operations division and in setting up relevant policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient system.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in dentistry from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Tobi holds an MPH in Health Management from Harvard University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources, PHRi, and Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM.
