Moruf Adekanmbi is the Group Financial Controller at the Emerging Africa Group. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology,Ogbomosho. He has over 17 years experience in Finance, internal control and Compliance . He started his career as Resident Internal Control Officer with UBA before joining Chartwell Securities Limited in 2008 where he was the of Head of Accounts and Finance until 2013.
Moruf joined Capital Assets Limited,a member of Nigerian Stock Exchange where he worked as CFO until 2014. He was the Chief Compliance Officer, as Capital Assets Ltd was adjudged the most Compliance Stockbroking Firm in 2016.Moruf Joined Emerging Africa Capital Ltd in 2021 as Financial Controller.
