Omodolapo Olawale is the Group Human Resources Officer at Emerging Africa Group. He is a generalist Human Resources professional with cognate experience across industries including Oil & Gas, Financial Services, and Management Consulting.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is an International Certified Senior Professional Human Resources, (SPHRi™) from the Human Resources Certification
Institute (HRCI), USA. He is an Associate Member of both Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN).
Prior to joining Emerging Africa Group, He served as a Senior HR Analyst with Rainoil Limited, HR Assistant Manager at Still Earth Capital Finance and HR Associate with Page Financials where he was responsible for handling end-to-end HR processes for over 450 employees across Lagos, Ibadan and Abuja. He was recognised and given an award as one of the unsung heroes in the company.
