Felicia Sonubi

Mrs. Felicia Sonubi is the Managing Director/CEO, Emerging Africa Trustees Limited. She has over 20 years' experience in Public, Corporate and Private Trusts and Corporate Legal Advisory, and about three (3) decades of Corporate Legal experience. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and has worked at various levels and in the legal units within the banking sector, before moving into core Trusteeship roles. In the course of her career in the Trust Industry, she was the Managing Director/CEO of Apel Capital & Trust Limited and Managing Director/CEO of Oceanic Trustees Nigeria Limited, she also held the positions of Head, Trust Services in ALM Consulting Limited, and Company Secretary/Head of Trust Services in Cornerstone Trustees Limited. 

Mrs. Felicia Sonubi holds an LLB Degree from the University of Jos and has been called to the Nigerian Bar. She has attended various courses in Banking Law, Loan Documentation and Credit Administration, Debt Recovery, Fundamentals of Investment Portfolio Management and Real Estate Investment Trusts. She facilitates varied fora on Trusts and Trust Transactions, and she is also passionate about mentoring the next generation as they are the future.
