Oghogho Osula

Oghogho Osula is a seasoned financial services executive with over 28 years of experience spanning commercial banking, discount houses, trustees, and asset management. Sixteen of those years were spent in senior leadership, where she drove financial operations and institutional strategy across multiple organisations.

She brings deep expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, risk management, business planning, corporate finance, and stakeholder engagement. A Certified Ethical Leader, Oghogho is recognised for her ability to lead organisational change and execute balanced scorecard strategies with rigour and discipline.

Oghogho is passionate about wealth management and financial inclusion as tools for economic development and affirmative action. In 2019, she founded OO Value Investment, a firm focused on designing bespoke family wealth management strategies that help clients build, protect, and grow intergenerational wealth.

She served as a Non-Executive Director at Emerging Africa Asset Management from 2021 to February 2025, contributing strategic oversight to the firm’s growth. She has since been appointed to the board of Emerging Africa Trustees Limited, where she provides governance guidance and strategic direction.

She also serves as Group Director, Origination and Investment banking at Emerging Africa Group, leading business development initiatives across the group.

Oghogho is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Institute of Directors.
