Emerging Africa Halal Fund is an open-ended mutual fund specially designed to cater to the investment needs of individuals looking for income generation and capital preservation through Shari’ah-compliant avenues. Our fund strategically invests in a diverse range of Shari’ah-compliant financial instruments, including FGN Sovereign Sukuk, Sub-Sovereign Sukuk, Corporate Sukuk, and asset-backed investments such as Ijarah (lease), Murabahah (cost plus mark-up), Istisna’/Salam (forward sale) contracts, among others. Furthermore, uninvested funds are securely held in non-interest-bearing accounts or near-cash Shari’ah-compliant securities.
